Konvoq uses third-party large language model (LLM) providers to generate AI responses. Conversation inputs and relevant knowledge data are transmitted to these providers solely for inference. These providers operate under their own data processing agreements and are contractually prohibited from using your data to train their foundation models.
Konvoq chatbots are automated AI systems, not humans. End users interacting with a Konvoq-powered widget are communicating with an AI assistant. Businesses deploying Konvoq (“Operators”) are responsible for disclosing this to their end users as required by applicable laws.
AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Operators are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs in business-critical contexts. Konvoq does not accept liability for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content.
Conversation data may be processed to improve response quality, retrieve relevant knowledge, and measure retrieval accuracy. We apply access controls and encryption to protect conversation content throughout processing.
