1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to your access and use of Konvoq, operated by Konvoq Private Limited.
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
2. Service Overview
Konvoq is an AI chat agent platform that helps businesses train assistants on website and document data, deploy chat widgets, automate responses, and manage leads and conversation analytics.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for account credentials, team access controls, and activity under your workspace.
Provide accurate registration details.
Maintain credential confidentiality.
Notify support if unauthorized access is suspected.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Konvoq for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations.
You must not use Konvoq to impersonate a human agent or deceive end users into believing they are communicating with a person rather than an AI.
You must not deploy Konvoq chatbots for activities that violate applicable consumer protection, data privacy, or AI transparency laws in your jurisdiction.
You must not use Konvoq to generate, distribute, or facilitate deceptive content, including fake reviews, misleading product claims, or fraudulent support communications.
You must not train Konvoq on content scraped from third-party websites without proper authorization or in violation of those websites' terms of service.
You must not use Konvoq to collect personal data from end users beyond what is necessary for the support or sales function disclosed to those users.
4a. AI Transparency Obligations
As an operator deploying AI-powered chat through Konvoq, you are responsible for meeting applicable AI disclosure and transparency requirements in your jurisdiction.
You must ensure that end users interacting with a Konvoq-powered chatbot are clearly informed that they are communicating with an automated AI system, not a human, before or at the outset of each conversation — unless your local law provides otherwise.
Where human handoff is enabled, the transition from AI to a human agent must be clearly communicated to the end user.
Konvoq provides configuration options to include AI disclosure labels in the chat widget. You are responsible for enabling and maintaining these disclosures in your deployment.
5. Plans, Billing, and Payments
Konvoq offers free and paid plans with different usage limits and capabilities.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, which manages billing operations, invoicing, tax handling, and payment settlement based on your region.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Konvoq offers a 14-day money-back window for eligible purchases.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not retroactively change the current billing period.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@konvoq.com within 14 days of the original transaction date.
7. Customer Content and AI Outputs
You retain ownership of data and content uploaded to the platform.
You grant Konvoq a limited right to process that content only to provide and improve service functionality.
AI-generated responses can contain errors. You are responsible for validating responses before relying on them.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform software, brand assets, and product technology remain property of Konvoq Private Limited.
You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or create unauthorized derivative works of the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Konvoq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount paid by you for the affected subscription period, unless law requires otherwise.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are breached, abuse is detected, legal compliance requires action, or service security is at risk.
Certain clauses, including liability, IP, and governing law, survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Konvoq Private Limited's operating jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
